Cost Recovery Store

Loaves and Fishes Care Service Toowoomba has a Cost Recovery Store at the back of the building. In this store we price everything under the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) and aim to be cheaper than supermarkets, however we cannot beat their half price specials. All profit made in the Cost Recovery Store goes towards the cost of stock for the hampers, as well as our overhead costs (rent, electricity, waste removal, etc.).

Our organisation is led by CEO, Kylie Jennings. Kylie has had a passion for the community of Toowoomba and surrounding areas.  Kylie was a volunteer for many years working up to becoming the Manager of the site for 5 years with the original charity. In 2018 the original charity was looking to close the site.  Kylie and Michael have a passion for helping the community and decided to see what they could do to ensure the site remained open by becoming Loaves and Fishes Care Services Toowoomba Ltd and creating a board that is committed to helping people put good food on the table.
